What’s Covered

This warranty applies to all McJ Optics products, including but not limited to:

• Red Dot Sights
• Rifle Scopes
• Binoculars
• Rangefinders
• Spotting Scopes
• Trail Cameras
• Night Vision & Thermal Gear

We will repair or replace any product that has defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the product's usable life.

What’s Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Products that have been modified or tampered with
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Damage caused by dropping, crushing, or impact
• Improper storage or battery leakage
• Exposure to corrosive substances or elements
• Lost or stolen items
• Unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect performance

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, simply email info@mcjtools.com with the following:

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) or video showing the problem
• Your full shipping address

Our customer support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions or a prepaid label. Once inspected, we will repair or replace the item and return it to you at no cost.
